This course will dive into the nutritional guidelines for the general population and look into what is on the nutrition label. This course will also discuss
different fad diets that your patients may be trying and what that means for their health.

2. Identify key components of a healthy eating pattern.
3. Recognize what a fad diet is and how it affects health.
4. Identify key components on how nutrition affects certain diseases.
